Imagine spending money on a free game that has the highest risk to ban their players. lol I just like to flame people. Then when I get banned a week later, I make a new account. I haven't spent a dime on this game in 6 years, and never will. Riot never IP bans anyone. Everyone getting permabanned just makes a new account, and ruins games for new players. That's why their player base is dropping so rapidly.
