Or tank top laners and bruiser top laners. Or assassin top laners and juggernaught top laners. Or whatever riven/yasuo are and tank top laners.

I can't believe how well this all worked out. So many seemingly unrelated pop culture mediums slipping and sliding around throughout years of time to come together in this dank hole in the internet.

As a kled main I can relate to this... and thats why i take flash and barrier most of the time.
Use barrier just when your low hp and about to remount skaarl.
The only 2 champions that I actually feel comfortable vs ranged top laners as is 
.

Dealt with a Quinn top as Kled and she kept poking me to death when I was close to getting skaarl back. So hopeful for Kled getting a buff.
If you are having problems with Ranged top laners, learn that assassins take them out easily. People keep complaining over and over against about ranged top laners yet dont even spend the time to actually pick a champ that counters ranged top laners. When I see a Vayne/Quinn go top lane (Hardly see them anymore), I would choose Nocturne top lane. Easiest kills you can get.
Clearly it doesn't matter just feed and play from behind, no difference either wawy
