Question about support

So I'm playing my main role, True Damage Urgot jungle. I was sneakily making my way through the enemy base, you all know the strategy, when who else but full AP Illaoi, uses her global teleport ult, and one shots me. Now, before you go there, before you say a damn thing, I know, "but Mike, all you had to do was put in the Konami code so you could insec punch the Mordekayle onto they own base. That's all been said and done before. What I'm not understandin in this situation, is why my belt keeps comin undone when I do situps. I suppose whatm askin here, is if I spin move my way into Garen's 3 hit passive, does my underwear get lost in the dishwasher?
