Wave and Shipment?

Hello, I manage to make an order for the first wave but what does it mean when it says im in the second shipment?

Im assuming the first 30,000 dont all go out together but instead in batches, if so (rough estimate) how long is the time difference between shipments?

I live in Scotland, and the game looks great. Understandably a little giddy over when itll arrive!
