Blitzcrank's Poro Roundup has the Riot Games logo when I open the app up on my iPhone. The legal stuff menu also talks about Riot Games, and links to the Riot Games Privacy Policy.

I won't dispute that they were created by Pure Bang Games, but they're also Riot's games.
