[Idea] LoL Achievements

I'm sure you all noticed that achievement page in your profile way back before custom item sets were implemented. I say we bring them back.
Now, most of you must be thinking of achievements in the style of the XBox, where you have to actually go out of your way to do something to get it. But this would take away most of the gameplay from League since players will be more focused on getting the achievements rather than playing the game. What I had in mind was doing something similar to Team Fortress 2. What Valve did well with their achievements is that you get them randomly. You don't really have control over when you get the achievements because they al involve something that happens in game (like killing someone after exiting a teleporter or killing someone while on fire). I think League should do the same thing. These achievements would give you IP (and maybe XP if you're below lvl 30). I think this addition would add another aspect to League that, personally, I would enjoy since I'm sure there's people out there who 1) Don't like ranked and/or 2) Wants another goal to achieve. I have a few ideas for some achievements so that you can understand what I am thinking of:

Beyond Redemption: As Nasus, kill Renekton X times.

Relentless Fury: As Renekton, kill Nasus X times.

Came in like a Powerball
As Rammus, travel X total units while Powerball is active.

~~The Early Bird: As Swain, get first blood. ~~

A Clockwork Orange
As Orianna, kill a Gangplank within 5 seconds of him casting Remove Scurvy.

For the Void [New]
As a Void based champion, participate in a kill with another Void champion.

Wash the Spider Out [New]
As a water based champion, participate in the kill of an Elise.

Sharing is Caring [New]
As Draven, catch an enemy Draven's axe.

Love the names.

My only problem with this is it promotes people to kill steal, and otherwise provide incentives to do a certain action more than they normally would in-game. It's the person in question's fault sure, but they "presumably" wouldn't have done it if this system wasn't there.

There's an easy solution though, why not have these achievements available solely on ARAM? As champion select isn't really a choice, as well as ARAM being the least competitive of all the modes (imo), achievements would be a fun and neat addition.

One important restriction should be not having any counter like 'Got 10/200 achievements' - because that will just encourage the achievement farmers to play arranged games to kill each other as Nasus & Renekton etc. I also disagree they should give IP or RP as that will be strong incentive for farming.

I like the Rammus and Orianna ones (great names too!). The first 2 are too similar to interactions and an achievement just for FB with a champion seems meh - maybe only if the FB is within 2 minutes or something? Which would need Swain to be part of L1 invade on buffs I guess :P

Some achievement ideas:

Most of these are meant for SR, idk if they will be too easy to get if allowed in other modes

All Tapped Out

Use atleast 3 skills (incl. R) till they are on CD and atleast 1 item active within 5 sec, to kill an opponent while ending up with 0 mana or energy

Long Shot

Kill a fleeing enemy (not in combat) with a global targeted spell (i.e. Ashe/Ez/Jinx ult, not Karthus R) at 2000+ range

Fickle Fate

Kill a TF within 1 minute after he uses his ult with previously placed traps or shrooms (inspired by a reddit post)

Thar She Blows!

As Nidalee, hit Nami with a max range javelin

Heroic Underlings

Get 2 or more kills in the same game where the last hit was done by a promoted minion (can be different units)

Blade Rider

As Irelia, use Bladesurge to travel 1000+ units

While the achievements are something nice, I think it'd be even cooler if they rewarded x amount of ip when they are completed!

I love this idea, but at the same time I can just see it now:

I'm in Ranked Solo Queue and I'm first pick so I call Jungle. The 2nd-4th pick call mid, top, and adc. I pick Vi since she's one of my favorite junglers and a safe first pick. Everyone else picks until the last guy intalocks Kha'Zix because the enemy team has a Rengar and he wants the "Adapt and Overcome" achievement for winning their mini-game.

Aside from cases like this, I think this would provide some very worthy incentives to try new things and practice new champions. I'm not sold on them giving IP, though. If they're to have a reward attached to them, it should be something more tangible and unique. Summoner icons would make a good fit as it would simultaneously give them real meaning aside from showing that you have an Ultimate skin for that champ you never play or that you were playing during a certain event. Plus the tech for this is already somewhat in place as "Win 2 matchmade games on SR/HA/TT OR CS with at least 2 people in your party" sounds like a 'chievo to me.
