the balance fix for kayle.

It isn't even hard... just register her auto attacks as always melee even during righteous fury. No Runaans no issue. hydra doesnt proc on hit effects so if she built that it wouldnt recreate the problem... sure it might look a little funny but it is a solid fix to the current Kayle issue.

oh and the bonus utility on her heal... just get rid of it, she is barely used as a support and has her ult anyways. the extra utility isnt necessary.

or make kayles self buff auto attack enhancer not trigger effects like it shouldn't in the first place. Otherwise kog maw's bio arcane barrage and all the other self buff auto attack enhancers should be triggering liandry's, spell vamp, and rylai's.
