how to counter teemo
how do i counter teemo not him hes easy but how he runs behind mushrooms and making us run over those painful cr2p and slowing us then he jus finishes us with a quick q and boom boom boom i find him very annoying

I found your lack of basic grammar skills annoying. >_> Just buy a red trinket. I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but the red trinket disables his mushrooms.
red trinket, use it on mushrooms they are disabled for a few seconds. Pink ward your lane/bush and clear shrooms forever. Cleanse is nice as it removes his blind and poison. Other than that if you are chasing him when he lays a mushroom down it takes a second before it becomes active so either run past it really quick or move around it before it can set off.
Get the Sweeping lense trinket 
and make sure to start doran's shield along with defensive masteries. make sure to get some kind of MR early and just farm out, let him push, and hope your jungler doesn't hate you.
Honestly, just kill him. He is really squishy early game and after his blind he has no sort of defense. So yeah just do it :D 
once he has died a lot then he has no late game damage, shrooms will do nothing, that is how i deal with him :D
