League changes that won't happen

I said last season and still makes me frustrated, get stuck in bronze your there for months, let us do new promo series once a month. I try hard to get out of bronze but once again probably stuck here again another season. Here is a good example of a typical bronze game we all group mid to go for tower then someone sees one random person bottom and 3 leave as we are engaging a tower, and the team falls. You start to run but can do to the fact the team all splits as 4 people from other team arrive. League please do something about ranked. Oh and for that you are stuck there because you deserve it bs is wrong as well, all it takes is have a couple bad games and your elo snowballs fast downwards and you start getting crappy gains from matches. Then stuck in that usual spot a win equals 7 poins a lose -25. So for those who will slam me after this should be ashamed. You know why bronze players rage so much its because a few really really terrible players cause the ones that are actually making progress to get frustrated, so much that give those making progress 2 or 3 loses in a row and see how many more they lose in a row, I have seen some go 10 wins in a row and then lose 3 and end up with 15 loses. Is it because they suck no. Its because of a few really terrible players that don't listen or troll or afk. Those that afk never get a proper punishment only the ones that lose get screwed.
