Please fix MMR at low bronze

Come on riot fix your mmr in bronze. 11 for a win and 22 for a loss. I understand as you get closer to more wins then losses it changes but 11 points in b4 come on how hard up are you to keeping people in bronze that are actually rising. Lost 2 games since b4 and have only 29 points to show for 6 games. Please fix this its broken. I can understand b3 and up that's fine but b4 that's not much further on then b5.
