Clarity: Captain enchantment

Hello rioters, I was wondering if the team could add a particle effect to indicate that the Captain (enchantment on boots) is giving allies the movement speed bonus. I really enjoy building it on because of her passive, so I can give even more movement speed to my allies, but I never notice that people get that extra movespeed because it shows no indications, although I notice they are walking faster.

You guys made a huge post about clarity, and I thought it would be cool to add the effect to indicate this. The particle could be something like that blue glittery-thing when you proc phage. I guess no one cares about Captain enchantment, because homeguard exists, but I love this enchantment, and perhaps, a little love for for it? Maybe a reduced price? :P
