@Morello Viktor Passive

I noticed recently that the change to Rengars item that they allowed him to put it in the trinket slot as to allow him to still reach full build while using what was created for him.

Should Viktor not receive the same? Because as awesome a champion as he is and as much as I love him, not only is he forced to carry this item but it cannot be exchanged once bought...it takes up a full slot which in itself makes his deathray the only really viable option for him.

I also realize that this is something that has been brought up many times I just want any kind of update on an opinion or statement on this matter because Viktor is currently one of my favorite champions but I always find myself rather limited in the use of his passive and build as a whole.
