This is my second post and I just want some kind of statement or something about him....Not even his passive specifically.

Is there anything being looked at at all with him to give him some love?

Riot did confirm that they are looking into giving his HexCore item the same treatment as Rengar's BTN. Nothing related to that has hit PBE yet, but since I think the trinket change to Rengar's item has worked out pretty well I wouldn't be surprised if they plan on starting any changes to Viktor with a similar change.

I am just worried it will be like Sions rework or Tarics VU

Actually if you go to the Dev Tracker Xelnath just commented on the Sion rework and stated that it is actually going quite well so far. As far as Taric is concerned, this might be a bit harsh, but I honestly don't care. He looks a lot better than some of the other champions that desperately need a VU to look like they were even made within the decade let along match the visuals of the more recent champions. Taric's problem is that he is low reward as far as work on him is concerned.

Regardless, my best advice is to have patience. We don't know everything that Riot is working on and we probably won't know about any of it until it gets far enough along for them to give us concrete details. I feel that they have done good work so far and they are continuing in that fashion.
