Can i get a refund on LP?

I have started writing down games, that i feel have gotten me a lost due to things beyond my control.

For instance;

on 7/10/14 i played 5 games(or tried)

The first game my jungler Afk'd all game long, and we lose the game of course 4v5 and i lose 21 LP.

The Second game i had to dodge queue because of bad mouthing trolls, and they chose 3 adc's saying they are gonna feed etc.

The third game, we had a AFK volibear, and lost 4v5 yet again. 19LP down the drain.

And today 7/15/14

I had a AFK jax that went 0-4 first, before afking feeding his lane, giving free cs and kills by walking down mid. That cost me 22lp.

And today also, had a aFK ziggs in a game we were clearly winning, and he cost us the game again 4v5 costing me 19 lp

This is already over 70 lp i should of had a chance of getting but my odds got severely nerfed by other people. I might of been in the next division already had i actually had a full team.

(note to all yes, im bronze 5. No, this isnt a rant about other people being to blame in game that feed, because yes that does handicap but at least their fighting 5v5 with the team and being a able body)
