Why should i have to pay, to transfer if you wont add more east coast servers?

title says it all, i dont feel i should have to pay to transfer to a server closer to me, because you wont add more east coast servers.

I am not wanting to pay 25$ to goto L/a/n and have no friends just so i can play with out 120 ping consistently.
