Is anything going to happen for Alistar?

I remember a while back, was nerfed to the ground. Any news or buffs coming for him? Alistar doesn't feel like he's in a good spot right now. Could you guys change his ultimate a little? It's like an olaf ult with a longer cooldown. At least lower his mana costs or buff his AP ratios.

If they buffed his AP ratios he would oneshot a carry with W+Q. You need to learn how to use his E as a support, and his W+Q combo as a top / mid laner. I can't handle a good Alistar botlane, he just gets me every time.

There was a thread about it on GD and a red asked for hypothetical discussion on what a rework would look like. Otherwise, no announcements afaik.
