If u upgrade to hoemguard u get double magic penetration. (get extra 15 pen with 475 goldl!)
Moreover, if u get two Sorcerer's boots u get 30 magic pen
This is terrifying bug. URGENT FIX PLZ.
It is causing full blown crisis in Korean streams. Everybody is steaming about boot stacking!!!!!!
I have not seen anything like that. The tooltip clearly states you stay at 15 Magic Penetration, even after the Homeguard upgrade.
Also, the Magic Penetration on Sorcerer's Shoes is not a UNIQUE Passive. It is a stat. It will stack with multiple Sorcerer's Shoes. That's like buying two pairs of Ninja Tabi and saying "O MY GOD +50 Armor!!! RITO PLZ FIX!!!", you sound ridiculous. You have a high amount of Penetration! That's great. Too bad you wasted an item slot that could have been filled with any of the better Magic Penetration items.
This is neither an "Urgent Fix" nor a bug for that matter. Calm down.
Korean Streams are now full of people buying early Sorcerer's boot + Homeguard to get Free double Penetration.
