How about making Pirmary and Secondary Role?

Position - Jungle Primary Role - Jungler Secondary Role - Support

this means that Soraka is jungling, but instead of ganking, she will act as mobile fuel station for team.

Position - mid Primary - mage Secondary - lulu

this means that Lulu is going mid as AP champ, but instead of dmg, she is focusing on utility support (of course, this is what Mid lulu is now.)

position - bot Pirmary - marksmen Secondary - support

this mean lulu is doing primarly ranged Auto-Attack based dealer(makrsmen) but actually working as support for whole team (= yes this is what hybrid marksmen lulu does)
