An additional way to punish Toxic Players.

I have seen a lot of ragers who will afk at the fountain if they personally have a high Kill Death Ratio, usually as a result of picking off an enemy or doing 1 v 1v1s while ignoring the team. What better way to dissuade them from intentionally afking than to mess with their permanent season stats? If they value their precious stats so much, oh i don't know, what if after they are convicted by the Tribunal, all their kills and assists for the champions they were reported on, are instead turned into deaths, thus ruining their precious KDA ratio.

Their Egos won't be able to take it and they will either learn to be a team player, or they will leave and make the community less toxic overall.

What do you guys think?Heimerdinger

I think that's immature. If they are reported and punished by the Tribunal then they should serve out their ban and move on.

I think it could backfire greatly. I do see where you're coming from, I hate the people that play like that, but what about "feeding"? The great dilemma. We've all had a bad game where you get behind at the start and just can't get back. Then the enemy team starts focusing you, and you finish the game with a tremendously bad KDR.

"REPORT OUR MID FOR FEEDING OMG WHAT A SCRUB"

I'm so done with this. You can honestly be doing the best you can possibly do and still just get wrecked. I got behind recently playing Lux, and while I was pulling off entire combos flawlessly, I was taking half my targets' health. I'd then get jumped on and killed because cooldowns.

to end my sidetracking, these games suck enough as it is. They're no fun, and while you're trying your best, your team still hates you. So what if your team hates you, you get reported for feeding, and your stats get screwed? That would seriously suck. This community is toxic enough that it would happen. A lot.

So, I do like your idea of harsher punishments for 'those people'. I'm just concerned about the potential for the wrong people seeing the impact.

I'd just reset their stats to zero. Turning them somehow or applying some logic on them is ridiculous.

But simple reset is common and a good punishment. Only problem is that would probably help the players who have negative kill/death ratio.
