Is There a point to playing Ashe after the 5.11 changes?

Is there really a point to play Ashe anymore?

The initial changes made Ashe competitive with all the other ADCs except for Jinx, who remains overpowered to this day due to the mechanics of her Q that allows her to crit with rockets .

I was incredibly skeptical of the game play update of Ashe myself. The changes to the missile width, I thought, would destroy her ability to harass effectively in lane. But after the changes went through, I found that the changes to Q more than compensated and gave her actual dueling and pushing power that rivaled the more powerful adcs. Even with these changes, I was not expecting nor have I seen Ashe become some sort of jinx or sivir level hyper carry. That was fine, as long as the playstyle stayed relatively the same with more windows of opportunity to actually fight enemy adcs on an equal footing, I was ecstatic. I was really hoping to see Ashe become a damage dealer instead of a slow bot in break even to slightly losing games. Hell, even in games where Ashe's team was ahead, her damage output was woefully low. The initial gameplay update provided this feeling. I felt like I actually had a chance against players that only play and master "op" champions that have extremely high chances of success with low cost.

With the upcoming 5.11 changes, I am watching a ranged utility ad pusher and minor dueler get relegated once more to a ranged utility ad slow bot while Jinx continues to have everything an ad could ever want even conditional mobility!

When a champion goes from broken to balanced you should keep playing it. Winning when you are equal footing with your opponent is so much better.
