Kindlegem Inflation Unwise?

Ok I found out today much to my regret that the price to upgrade to a Kindlegem has increased by 100g. I didn't see anything about this in patch notes..and id like to know the reasoning behind it. Should you really have to pay 475g just for 20 more hp and 10% cdr?

But more importantly..think about who this mostly affects. The roles in which you are starved for gold in the first place. Kindlegem builds into items used mostly by supports and junglers...really what were you thinking?

I think that getting the item 3067 that ninja price adjust should've been at least in the patch notes. But definitely I'd like to see some reasoning behind, or maybe even a ninja kindlegem buff?
