Look man we don't have a single clue of what you said in there, but if we could see the chat log I'm pretty sure your ban was justified

You don't get banned for reports. Your attitude here hints at what the actual cause for the ban is.

You put no logs. From what you said, I somehow doubt it was because you reported them, but more likely the player was just doing badly and you flamed them all game.

If ALL you did was call him an asshole, prove it and post your actual chat logs and I will reimburse you for every skin and champ you owned if that's the case.

You do get banned for reports..the person you report reports you in turn. Everyone knows this. And my attitude is justified. The post title reflects this.

I only report the players who intentionally grief in my games, Intentionally Feeding, or doing poorly against a counter?

Obviously if a person gets ahead and and is a counter your mate can keep feeding if the stay in the lane look at some of my matches where I come out 30+ Kills not because the person intentionally fed but because I would dive them at early levels and got too far ahead, their team didn't group or try to help them does he deserve a report?

If the guy consistently sent you PMs and aggravated you, why did you not mute him? Clearly, he was a troll. You threatened to report him, so then he had your number. Then he eggs you on until you lose your temper and call him names and who knows what else. Then, here YOU are coming off as the bad guy and your team see this and more than the troll likely reported you for your language/behavior. You fell for a troll hook, line, and sinker and got yourself banned. Mute and blacklists are for keeping people you don't want to communicate with from bothering you. I suggest you use these functions.
