6.3 champ select isssues

Seeing a lot of people time out in ranked champ select since 6.3 and now I know why. It's happened to me twice now, game is not firming up lock ins and lagging out while counter finishes off. I don't remember seeing this problem nearly as much before this patch, its becoming a bit of a problem. Oh and btw, two+ weeks later and still no credit for the win I got for a series when the server burped a while ago. Not very impressive guys.

shrug at least you can play

i've had ISP problems (there's only one in our area) and it is literally impossible to play the game with ping spiking in ranges from 100ms to unregistered high amounts

curiously, these ISP problems started the week AFTER riot implemented their new server location...yet during that first week, league played the best it ever has for me until slowly degrading with each patch

i've played one stable game in the last 4 months...not fun
