Junglers in every lane

Now what I am about to say is something that I personally believe, and if you try this and lose please don't blame me. I have noticed that many of the junglers can be in any lane. For instance, Warwick can go top and build like a tank, or he can go mid and build ap, or he can go bot and assist an adc in a kill lane. Now, what I am wondering is if it would be possible to have a standard laning setup (1-1-2 + jungle) with just jungler champs, and have them rotate every once in a while to surprise the enemy team.

For me, the interesting bit is that here even the initial jungler can go to a lane, while some other champion becomes the jungler.

The meta of a bot lane support + adc is designed to be able to safely outfarm/deny farm to the kill lanes.

The only reason kill lanes actually work is because the adc's and supports in low elo are just crappy players who don't know how to do their job. Good idea though.

(also moving out of lane and switching like that takes up enough time that it'll put you at a disadvantage gold/level wise.)
