kassadin is so hard in ranked ban every gaem but the gaem hes not ban=gg hes got the burst once he reaches lv 6 and only person i know can fight him is talon and pantheon which i do not own and i dont want to i like using adc so how should i fight agasint that teleporting monster that burst me down in 1 second

Can we get some basic sentence structure in your post?
He spikes at 6 so if left unbanned you have to apply pressure to him early. Picking an AD champ into him might help as he's a little extra tanky against AP champs. There is really no excuse for leaving him unbanned unless you are absolute first pick and are going to play him. Your other options are to pick someone really tanky and can't be assassinated easily or pick someone who can push well and punish him if he tries to roam.
