[POSSIBLE BUG] Cannot exit the team Builder Queue

For the last few days I have tried entering team builder games, but have run in to problems. Firstly, there is no estimated time at all. This is something minor, but still is slightly disconcerting. Secondly Team Builder is seemingly not getting me in to games and ignoring me. This is something that is highly subjective and hard to really nail down as being a bug or queue times, but I entered the queue multiple times on roles that had wait times listed as "short" or "very short", and continued to wait, as if I was in the queue and it was just ignoring me. (Possibly tied with the absence of an estimate?)

Finally it is impossible for me to leave the queue once I enter. Pressing the X button does nothing at all, and the only way to leave the queue is to quit out of the client.

This does not occur in the other queues and only affects team builder for me. I tried repairing my client but that didn't work either. This is really disappointing for me, because I want to play through team builder and it just seems to not work for me. Can any rioter or even a player give me some help here?

This has happened to me as well, but specifically if my connection is interrupted when I am in lobby. I am treated as kicked but I am still stuck. I can even talk in chat but as far as players go I am not in, actually gets kind of funny playing the "ghost player".

But I digress, has this been happening every game, the majority of them or just the occasional game? Have you had a noticeable disruption in your connection (even for 1/2 a second)?

I get the same issue; it also occurs after disconnects, usually when I am hosting.
