About Quinn?

I was wondering if there were any changes behind the scenes you guys are trying out for her because, her W feels worthless, who needs a vision skill any more? Especially a forty second cool down one! Her ult cooldown is atrocious, but it is strong, maybe make it manaless? That'd make her cool again, her Q and E are all right as well.

  1. I think Quinn would benefit heavily from her ult being manaless.
  2. Lower the cooldown on her W or change it completely.
  3. Change some base stats around maybe? Make her a bit tankier?
  4. Make Quinn's W true vision?

I would like to just make sure people know these are just my personal thoughts on Quinn and how they could make her better, I understand a lot of people think she's in an okay spot and maybe she is, but she needs some quality of life changes, these are opinions and only that.

Quinn main here.

her W feels worthless Lower the cooldown on her W or change it completely.

Remember, the skill is not just the vision, but also your steroid. And the vision aspect of it is quite strong, as you don't need to facecheck anything. Also, Ashe's Hawkshot, which is the most similar ability, has the same CD.

I think Quinn would benefit heavily from her ult being manaless.

This is debatable - would be an interesting buff if she'd need one. However, most of the time, I feel not mana-constrained as Quinn. At all.

Change some base stats around maybe? Make her a bit tankier?

By her bases, she's already one of the most tanky AD carries. Tied for highest Armor, 4th highest overall HP.

Make Quinn's W true vision?

True vision, while certainly helpful, has a lot of binary and unappreciated power. Meaning, power that is really strong against some champions, but not of much use against the rest of the pack.

Quinn is actually pretty strong. She's more of a design problem than a balance problem.

This isnt enough, she needs a complete rework. shes not good enough to be a bruiser and shes not good enough to be an adc.

I was just thinking earlier today.. what if Tag team worked a bit like Elise's cocoon? For example, Caitlyn ult's would have to re-calibrate after using tag team. Any thoughts?

She is the only "fighter" marksman, she is not going to be meta bot lane because bot lane adc is about damage, and if you make her tanky enough to be a fighter but give her as much damage as squishy adcs then she is just OP. Rather I would prefer they emphasize her unique fighter side and make her a bit tankier, I like the idea of making her W's passive also give a decent amount of armor and MR for a few seconds in addition to attack speed on proc. That alone would probably work out well, but if it was too much nerf her base AD a tiny bit to compensate.
