Lee Sin has been a problem for many junglers since players learned how to use him. His mobility unparalleled and durability in the jungle unchallenged, he had become the label and icon of what many people call a good jungler, leaving most of the champion roster in the dust. We've been mulling over what we could do to balance the blind monk only to be guilt-straddled by the community flaming over nerfing an already handicapped champion. So instead of trying to formally fix him, we took off his legs.

We feel like Draven is just too Draven so we took the Draven out of his Draven so that his Draven can feel more like Draven and not Draven . Also, instead of Draven Draven Draven Draven Draven Draven Draven Draven Draven Draven we made it just Draven .

Karthus - Now has to sing his entire song in order to deal damage. Requiem's channel time has been increased to 2 minutes, 36 seconds.

Gragas - No longer immune to alcohol. Gains an Alcohol Poisoning stack each time he uses Drunken Rage. At 5 stacks, Gragas passes out and cannot move for ten minutes.

Ahri - Superfluous tails have been removed. Now only has one.

Fizz Playful/Trickster REWORKED

  • Fizz jumps on his staff for 0.5 seconds. Yup, no more immunity to everything. Can be followed up by Trickster.
  • If Trickster is not used: Fizz trips and falls, taking 100/200/300/400/500 (+1 AP) true damage and stunning himself for 10/100/1000/10000/100000 seconds.
  • If Trickster is used: Fizz trips and falls on his staff, instantly killing himself.
  • All of Fizz's abilities are now Playful/Trickster.

Morgana Dark Binding

  • Duration reduced to 0.02/0.0225/0.025/0.0275/0.03 seconds.
  • Damage reduced to 0/0/0/0/1 (+0.01 AP). Black Shield
  • Now only blocks the first disable. Soul Shackles
  • The tether no longer slows enemies.
  • If an enemy breaks the tether successfully, Morgana takes the magic damage they would take. If all tethers are broken, Morgana is also stunned for 10 seconds.

I would overkill many other champs, but these two are the ones I HATE with all my soul.

Morgana's snare only works for half a second and does half it's current damage.

We understand that Garen's play style has been lovingly referred to as, "Spin to Win." In keeping with providing realism for our gameplay we've decide to add some balance to Judgement.

Original: Active: Garen rapidly spins his sword around his body for 3 seconds, dealing physical damage each second to enemies within range. Minions take 75% damage from Judgment. Garen ignores unit collision while spinning, but moves 20% slower when traveling through minions. After 0.5 seconds, Garen can reactivate Judgment to cancel it early.

Physical Damage per Second: 20 / 45 / 70 / 95 / 120 (+ 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110% AD)
Total Physical Damage: 60 / 135 / 210 / 285 / 360 (+ 210 / 240 / 270 / 300 / 330% AD)

Judgment can critically strike, multiplying the total AD component by (Garen's critical strike damage modifier − 50%).

Addition: After Judgement is cast two times Garen begins to suffer, "Vertigo" Garen stumbles in place severely disoriented from his spinning causing loss of character control. While suffering Vertigo Garen can not cast spells.

Yasuo's Windwall and passive no longer destroy projectiles or reduce damage. Because defending yourself with godamn wind is pretty dumb.

Yorick has been a problem since we created him. With a combination of mindless gameplay(hey look, i clicked a button) and nothing to really add to a team he is toxic for both his lane opponent AND for his teammates. We decided this could be alleviated by giving him an extra (hidden) passive

Hidden Passive: Obscurity - Playing yorick now causes the summoner to forget he exists.

We also removed his splash art, character model, and icon from the game to prevent other players from seeing it and deciding to play yorick, his lore, ability animations, ability videos, stats, name, icon and all other things in relation to him have also been removed.

on to bug fixes - known bug: some players may notice a missing panel on the game loading screen every once in a while in addition to recieving damage for no apparent reason. We promise we have taken measures to remedy these and we are sure eventually you will forget the problem ever happened...

Chogath just seems too overpowered so we're nerfing him further. -Rupture no longer slows -Feral Scream no longer silences but instead disrupts channels -Vorpal Spikes no longer expands with Feast stacks -Feast only deals 400 flat True Damage at all levels. Stacks only give 100 flat health and only stack twice.

Since the Rework, Sona has been causing disaster in the summoner's rift, and we imagined it was because her kit.
We were figuring out how to increase her numbers without increasing her power, but we couldn't, so instead we decided to significantly change her kit. We don't really care about feedback anyway, Now, let's proceed with the list of changes.


Sona Sona

General: We felt Sona was too squishy on the laning phase and was spending a lot of Mana quickly, so we buffed her HP per level and her Base MP regen.

  • Base health per level: 77 HP per level ⇒ 78 HP per level.
  • Base MP Regen: 0.55 MP per 5 seconds ⇒ 0.56 MP per 5.

Passive - Power Chord Sona's power chord was dealing too much damage, so we decided to nerf it and it's effects.

  • Damage: 13/20/27/35/43/52/62/72/82/92/102/112/122/132/147/162 ⇒ 6/11/16/21/27/34/42/50/58/66.6/72/80/88/96/106/116/126/136
  • Power Chord - Staccato: reduced bonus damage to 10% from 50%
  • Power Chord - Diminuendo: changed the target's reduced damage output to 5% (+1% per 100 AP) from 20% (+2% pero 100 AP)
  • Power Chord - Tempo: Changed slow to 15% (+ 2% per 150 AP) from 40% (+4% per 100 AP)
  • Reduced Duration of Power Chord - Diminuendo and Power Chord - Tempo to 0.5s

Q - Hymn of Valor Hymn of Valor damage was changed to reflect that Sona is a support and shouldn't be focusing on dealing damage. We reduced it's active power at the expense of increasing her aura's power.

  • Hymn of Valor now only shoots one bolt instead of two
  • Hymn of Valor now prioritizes Minions and Monsters before Champions.
  • Hymn of Valor damage reduced to 10/20/30/40/50
  • Hymn of Valor Aura On-Hit Magic damage increased by 5 at all ranks.
  • Cooldown increased to 20 seconds at all ranks.

W - Aria of Perseverance Sona was healing too much and saving low health targets with her shield, so we decided to decrease her base heal and AP ratio, make the heal for herself and deleted her shield.

  • REMOVED Underpowered heals: Sona no longer heals allies.
  • REMOVED Also underpowered shield: Shield removed.
  • Heal amount reduced to 15/25/35/45/55 (+0.125 AP) from 25/45/65/85/105 (+0.2 AP)
  • Heal increase per % of missing health: 1% per 1% of missing health ⇒ 0.5% per 1% of missing health.
  • Cooldown reduced to 22 seconds at all ranks.

E - Song of Celerity Though we forgot about it...? No! We decided that her E had to feel more satisfactory for the Sona's players. We increased the base bonus movement speed for sona and increased the bonus movement speed for her allies significantly, this should make Sona waste flash less often and make her position faster and safer, however, since we increased the base movement speed, we decided to reduce the AP ratio of it as compensation so she doesn't get out of control.

  • Self movement speed: 13/14/15/16/17% (+7.5% per 100 AP) ⇒ 15/17/19/21/13% (+5.5% per 100 AP)
  • Aura Movement Speed: 10/11/12/13/14% (+3.5% per 100 AP) ⇒ 11/12/13/14/15% (+2.5% per 100 AP)

R - Crescendo Heck, Sona got too much power focused on her ultimate, so we decided to remove the damage, make the stun a silence and reduce the duration of it, also increase the cooldown. She was too Similar for Nami anyway. As compensation we're increasing the range of it and also increased her Q and E aura bonus.

  • REMOVED: No longer deals damage.
  • Changed: No longer stuns for 1.5s, now it silences enemies for 0.75/1/1.25 seconds.
  • Cooldown: 140/120/100 ⇒ 160/150/140
  • Range: 1000 ⇒ 1025
  • Hymn of Valor on hit damage bonus changed to 15/25/45 from 10/20/40
  • Song of Celerity Self Bonus % changed to 3%/5%/7% from 2%/4%/6%

We've learned that many people are complaining about blitzcrank hooks, so we replaced them with an ability that's sure to cause less complaints. We've also decided to shift him from dealing damage to enemies to killing his allies. Have fun in bot lane :D

Q: now causes blitzcrank to throw an allied champion to target location, dealing that champion 1000/2000/3000/4000/5000 true damage and healing all enemy units for 50/60/70/80/90% (+1000% AP)

Akali Ultimate cannot be cast on the same unit more than once per 5 seconds.

Malzahar Nether Grasp now flings out void energy in a line. The first enemy unity to be hit is suppressed for 1.1 seconds, dealing magic damage when the tether breaks.

Yasuo Flow is now gained with autoattacks and decays while not in combat.

Twitch Teemo Akali Khazix Shaco Champions now receive the exclamation point indicator whenever ANY stealthed champion is nearby (instead of just Rengar and Evelynn).

AND FINALLY: Ryze All abilities no longer scale with maximum mana.....oh wait.
