Lee Sin has been a problem for many junglers since players learned how to use him. His mobility unparalleled and durability in the jungle unchallenged, he had become the label and icon of what many people call a good jungler, leaving most of the champion roster in the dust. We've been mulling over what we could do to balance the blind monk only to be guilt-straddled by the community flaming over nerfing an already handicapped champion. So instead of trying to formally fix him, we took off his legs.

Morde had to have his vocal cords removed. He can no longer hue.
Taste Their Fear's Isolation now requires the enemy unit to be completely alone (no allies or enemies nearby).
Syndra's balls are way too dangerous, so we've decided to bring them in line with what people expect balls to to.
Party time! All skills: Damage removed. Balls now generate 100% more fun.
Ryze no longer uses mana.
- Now has to sing his entire song in order to deal damage. Requiem's channel time has been increased to 2 minutes, 36 seconds.
- No longer immune to alcohol. Gains an Alcohol Poisoning stack each time he uses Drunken Rage. At 5 stacks, Gragas passes out and cannot move for ten minutes.
- Superfluous tails have been removed. Now only has one.
Teemo's passive is permanently active; Teemo cannot attack or cast spells while stealthed.

Many summoners were confused on Nocturne's motif as a ghostly spectre of your dreams.
To remedy this, Nocturne can only be played between the hours of 9pm and 5am.

We understand that
's play style has been lovingly referred to as, "Spin to Win." In keeping with providing realism for our gameplay we've decide to add some balance to Judgement.
Original: Active: Garen rapidly spins his sword around his body for 3 seconds, dealing physical damage each second to enemies within range. Minions take 75% damage from Judgment. Garen ignores unit collision while spinning, but moves 20% slower when traveling through minions. After 0.5 seconds, Garen can reactivate Judgment to cancel it early.
Physical Damage per Second: 20 / 45 / 70 / 95 / 120 (+ 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110% AD)
Total Physical Damage: 60 / 135 / 210 / 285 / 360 (+ 210 / 240 / 270 / 300 / 330% AD)
Judgment can critically strike, multiplying the total AD component by (Garen's critical strike damage modifier − 50%).
Addition: After Judgement is cast two times Garen begins to suffer, "Vertigo" Garen stumbles in place severely disoriented from his spinning causing loss of character control. While suffering Vertigo Garen can not cast spells.
Yasuo's Windwall and passive no longer destroy projectiles or reduce damage. Because defending yourself with godamn wind is pretty dumb.
Yorick has been a problem since we created him. With a combination of mindless gameplay(hey look, i clicked a button) and nothing to really add to a team he is toxic for both his lane opponent AND for his teammates. We decided this could be alleviated by giving him an extra (hidden) passive

Hidden Passive: Obscurity - Playing yorick now causes the summoner to forget he exists.
We also removed his splash art, character model, and icon from the game to prevent other players from seeing it and deciding to play yorick, his lore, ability animations, ability videos, stats, name, icon and all other things in relation to him have also been removed.
on to bug fixes - known bug: some players may notice a missing panel on the game loading screen every once in a while in addition to recieving damage for no apparent reason. We promise we have taken measures to remedy these and we are sure eventually you will forget the problem ever happened...

just seems too overpowered so we're nerfing him further. -Rupture no longer slows -Feral Scream no longer silences but instead disrupts channels -Vorpal Spikes no longer expands with Feast stacks -Feast only deals 400 flat True Damage at all levels. Stacks only give 100 flat health and only stack twice.

Since the Rework, Sona has been causing disaster in the summoner's rift, and we imagined it was because her kit.
We were figuring out how to increase her numbers without increasing her power, but we couldn't, so instead we decided to significantly change her kit. We don't really care about feedback anyway, Now, let's proceed with the list of changes.
Sona
General: We felt Sona was too squishy on the laning phase and was spending a lot of Mana quickly, so we buffed her HP per level and her Base MP regen.
Passive - Power Chord Sona's power chord was dealing too much damage, so we decided to nerf it and it's effects.
Q - Hymn of Valor Hymn of Valor damage was changed to reflect that Sona is a support and shouldn't be focusing on dealing damage. We reduced it's active power at the expense of increasing her aura's power.
W - Aria of Perseverance Sona was healing too much and saving low health targets with her shield, so we decided to decrease her base heal and AP ratio, make the heal for herself and deleted her shield.
E - Song of Celerity Though we forgot about it...? No! We decided that her E had to feel more satisfactory for the Sona's players. We increased the base bonus movement speed for sona and increased the bonus movement speed for her allies significantly, this should make Sona waste flash less often and make her position faster and safer, however, since we increased the base movement speed, we decided to reduce the AP ratio of it as compensation so she doesn't get out of control.
R - Crescendo Heck, Sona got too much power focused on her ultimate, so we decided to remove the damage, make the stun a silence and reduce the duration of it, also increase the cooldown. She was too Similar for Nami anyway. As compensation we're increasing the range of it and also increased her Q and E aura bonus.
Cassiopeia Gameplay update.
Soraka's Starcall has its base damages slashed by a third, and her E now costs 50 more mana.
Kayle has a way bigger cooldown on E. Melee? never!

We've learned that many people are complaining about blitzcrank hooks, so we replaced them with an ability that's sure to cause less complaints. We've also decided to shift him from dealing damage to enemies to killing his allies. Have fun in bot lane :D
Q: now causes blitzcrank to throw an allied champion to target location, dealing that champion 1000/2000/3000/4000/5000 true damage and healing all enemy units for 50/60/70/80/90% (+1000% AP)
