The Upcoming Leblanc Rework.

Okay so Leblanc is getting a rework! I would guess it will be something on the scale of Rengar's and not Karma's.

I honestly love Leblanc and she is the only champion I love enough to own every skin of and even draw from time to time XD.

She had a few changes a year or so ago by Meddler that everyone said " ruined " her which I find funny since she's being looked at for changes now. Just goes to show yeah that some of these changes are really sleeper ops.

Anyway, I could see her losing quite a lot of her burst but gaining some utility. Riot said they dislike silences and CC on assassins and would rather keep them for disruptors like Cho'Gath.

So with that said, we can assume she won't have a silence any longer.

Yet they said they want to keep her identity / fantasy, so we can assume she's going to keep more or less the same W.

So here is what I would personally like to see with this rework.

Passive - stays the same but also mimics the spells Leblanc uses with no damage but still applies the effects, slows in a radius if killed. This plays into the Deceiver thing she has.

Q - procing it no longer grants silence, we can assume the damage will be lowered all around. Instead of a silence though, it procs something that Graves has. You know, the loss of vision around the person. it wouldn't be " random " because I mean " smoke and mirrors " =p Also, it would have great synergy well with her passive, since all you would have to do is cast it and the clone's cast would proc it for you.

W - more or less the same, maybe a bit more damage, maybe a bit less, but I really like this skill. Yeah arguably it could be the reason why she is " op " since you have like hardly any time to react, but with less instagib burst it will be in a good place. Also, recasting it twice would teleport you to your clone's cast. Would create some really fun amusing juke patterns.

E- This skill is in a pretty swell place as well I think and one of her iconic abilities along with her W. Only thing I would like to see change would be it dealing damage over time inbetween the latch damage and the fully chained damage, maybe even slowing a bit. And if you really want to get technical, you drain some of the damage you deal as bonus health. I mean she has to keep up those immortal good looks somehow! And maybe turning the root into a stun if you get 2 chainz to root in a short ammount of time, rather it be from your passive or mimic'd ult.

Speaking of ult....

R - Does the exact same spell you just did with added effects, instead of damage. This skill's cooldown is reset when Leblanc gets a kill or reduced by 25 % - 50 % - 75 % o if it is an assist. ( scales with rank level of course )

Q - The smoke thing also spreads to their nearby allies when proc'd. So you could leave the enemy team in the dark theoretically as you make your escape or go in for the kill.

W - Spawns a clone that also mimics the W spell as well as all other spells you cast for 4 seconds. This can do so many things, from more utility to just complete chaos with 3464976232376723 clones. Jukes galore etc etc etc, this clone does no damage of course.

E- Shoots 3 chains in a cone, similar to Twisted Fate or Kha'Zix. Imagine Having 4-5 or even 5 people on the enemy team on leashes. You could position your clones from Mimic'd W or your passive to also catch plenty of people. Not to mention the resets you could be getting.

My hopes for Leblanc isn't so much a burst mage, nor a CC but, but something I think we are lacking in League. A control mage. She wouldn't be 100-0'ing people in battle then waiting to do it again, she'd be in the midst of the chaos, protected by her mobility and illusions as she deals damage, but more so clever utility. Having someone mimic'd q'd will cause people to stay away from them in fear of being left in the darkness if they are proc'd which would leave them open to an Ethereal Chain. Positioning your clones right could just drown the enemy team in utility as you and your team go in for the kill. All the mind games you can play with all the clone distortion points you can warp too would also be a blast.

So what do you want to see happen to Leblanc? She used to be my favorite champion to play until everyone caught on to how strong she can be and then I kind of went hipster mode and like to play different stuff in mid o 3 o

I had a different image for the Q. I was thinking she could use it to swap places with her target.

Imagine how funny that could be for both sides.

These are all great ideas.

My one concern is the micro needed to manage the other clone.

It was be a great skillcap increase but we would just get QQs about a clone they can hardly tell the difference from. Whats the point of knowing its the clone because they didnt damage you w that spell when both clones spells hit at the same time, q for example.

Also, would her passive and clone require her to be low health allthe time?

i'm really not a fan of this. i like leblanc as an assassin. i would like the idea of a control mage. just not for leblanc.
