Getting drophacked or extereme service disruption
The game I am in is either getting drophacked or has extreme disruption because game started at 9 min with only two people in game.

You are not alone. In my last game, a Co-op Vs. AI, everyone disconnected multiple times. It looks like it is something server related. I don't think it's a drophack issue, but let's allow Riot to investigate and get back to us.
Played 3 normal games today, the last 2 I had to leave due to inability to reconnect
