@Morello, @IronStylus: Aatrox Lore/Gameplay

In Aatrox's lore, it mentions how he has an effect on those around him while in the thick of battle. In his gameplay, this doesn't happen at all. It is just something that has bothered me a bit. Like... Maybe make it where his ult shares all or part of the attack speed boost. Or something.
