Aurelion Sol's taunt interaction with Taric already confirms him as another Aspect of Targon. Just release it already!

In a stream they said that his armor of the 5th age splash wasn't even finished. Maybe the finish him today and he is in tomorrows PBE cycle but if they are not even completely finished with his splashes i kinda doubt it. But we'll see tomorrow how it's going.
