Hey there folks. I've been playing League of Legends for several years now. Of all the positions, jungle was never my strong suit but it intrigued me. But with this new jungle, I find it nearly impossible to do. I can barely do one side before having to go b, heal up, probably purchase machete upgrade and a pot or 2. This isn't what I remember of jungle. Is anyone else having this trouble? If not can you give me some pointers?
Aside from "Start Gromp/Krug, go buff, continue working on your route from there"... It's not likely you'll get any tips that are of much use.
It's still the preseason, and people are still working on how to properly jungle in this new beast Riot has dumped on our doorsteps like a flaming paper bag of poo...
There was an IEM game (I think C9 vs UoL) where someone said the jungler gave a great tutorial of how to properly jungle in this new jungle... but I can't remember which game it was.
I'd watch (or rewatch) the IEM tournament and look at how the junglers are doing things if you want some tips. You should be able to find them with a search in youtube.

Another thing i would suggest is playing someone with more sustain, it helps out for the new jungle.
