Did changes to ryze occur on the PBE recently. Specifically to spell flux and its missile speed? It seems to be moving and bouncing quite a bit slower. It also feels as though the range for jumping to a new target is reduced. Let me know if I'm crazy, it just feels like someone pulled a few levers on his kit.
