karthus bug

It was before patch 4.9 so Idk if its fixed.

The bug only occurs on karthus bot, dont worry karthus is fine

The bug I find is just about how he was written. I realized that he spams his e instead of using it as a toggle, so its really weird caus he doesnt act like a human and his e damages arent maximised.
