Ashe w bug

I have the feeling the area effect doesnt apply correctly. On multiple of the w I spawned, the three arrows in the center of the cone passed throught the minions/champions without dealing damages or freezing target as they are far. Can you check Riot if its fine? What I mostly see is that her ability applies like a square, not a cone. It would explain why the 3 arrows in the center dont apply on long range spam.

Saw it in my last 5 games with her (realized it last night)
