About the summoner's icon in-game (and on forum)

Caus we have a short story of it upon clicking it? Or being directed to an outside link explaining their history? Because I have plenty of them and most of them I don't remember where I get them and why I should pick one instead of another. I think I would be more proud if I get an icon for having a penta kill in 2012 during the summer so I got an icon etc...
