I know and hear a lot that jinx is the easier out of the two champs and that Draven if mastered can destroy as well as having a better early game. Which champ has the better to learn in the long term? Also in your opinion out of the 2 champs which E is better and which is better at farming? Also back to the previous previous question, if you have mastered catching Draven's axes is he better than jinx? and whose ult is better?
Depends, Draven does have insane amounts of damage, but his kit is so unusual and unique, mastering him may or may not help you master other ADC's while Jinx's kit may be a little more comparable to other champs.
Also Jinx;'s ult is faster but does less damage while Draven's is devastating but easier to dodge.

, she is insane at all points of the game with her rockets, insane AS, and global % missing health ultimate, not to mention a slow and a snare, and I don't know I enjoy spamming her laugh and watching her giggle on the ground.
