How do I get Ranked Borders?
I'm just about to finish my provisionals and if i get into Silver, do i automatically get the silver border or does it come at the end of the season or does it not just happen anymore?

Current borders are from your S3 Ranking, so if you get into silver that border will be on your account in the beginning of s5, or higher as it will take your highest achieved ranking into account.
