Best champions On every Primary role.
My goal is to buy the "best" champion of each primary role,which one is the best for every role and why? Please help.

Fighter: Whoever you are best at as a fighter
Mage: Whoever you are best at as a mage
Marksman: Whoever you are best at as a marksman
Support: Whoever you are best at as a support

You could also make a list of the top 5 champs for every role.
Everyone has their own opinion and the ones they say are best won't be the best for you. You could play Riven because someone rocks at her and you can never pick her kit up for some reason at all. Try to find your own champions your are comfortable with in free pick or buying what you might like from youtube, preview, etc. and then learn that champion to the best of your ability On to my own opinion:

Who is 'Best' is all opinion based. Up to you to decide, I suppose?

Right now, Kassadin is the best one, however good luck getting him because he's almost always banned. If you're looking for the second best one, I'd have to say 
Talon, just out of preference.
Fighter: 
Olaf,
Shyvana, and Riven are the best fighters right now. You really have to be good with olaf to use him though.
Mage:
Syndra and Ziggs are the best mages right now.
Marksman: Jinx, 
Lucian, and 
Sivir are the best ADC's currently.
Support:
Annie and Taric, as well as Leona are the best supports.
Tank: Dr. Mundo and Shyvana are best tanks.(Shyvana classes as both a fighter and a tank because she can do both and excel)

There is no "best" of every role, look up a list of top tier champions and choose from those.

Assassin: Kass is always strong and ahri and akali are good picks as well. Fighter: I prefer poppy but riven seems like a good pick Mage: Instalock galio; all day. Marskman: urgot Support:annie and karma are good right now. Tank: Mundo and shiv are good atm
You can always look up the best ones based on popularity but the question to you is, "What champions are you comfortable playing?"
