can ap kogmaw's W hit turret without touching it

so W increase range by like 110 to 260 and increasing more with 70% ap so can it go solo against a tower without getting hit

No. Kog'Maw's W gives ~720 range , while turrets have a range of ~750. Unfortunately you won't be able to hit the turret without it returning fire.

wouldnt it include AP too? it has a brackets ap so does that work now??

The AP improves %damage against enemies, not the range.
