Riot read this. Where is the logic

So, ive recently played a game with top shen. Noticed that his E's spell has a super,super thin area to hit enemies.
But wheres the logic?
Shen is using his whole body to dive in and taunt as his animation.
Yasuo's has a samurai thin sword, but his Q could hit a large wide area when he cast it.
Wheres the logic? Samurai sword is thicker than Shen's entire body?
I mean come on riot, stop nerfing these things. Its making the game looking stupid. Body dive taunting has a thinner range than a samurai sword.
Kass's new spells now doesnt fit his Jokes.
And many more conflicts and things that doesnt make sense.
Can you please fix these things? Also stop nerfing champs to the point that no one plays them anymore, then you remake the champ, then nerf, then remake.
Look at heimer. First you nerfed him so hard that no one plays him anymore, then the remake, then everyone plays him because the ult on Q and W has over powered damage. Then the big nerf, and now remake again hoping people would play him.
Edit: Btw im not mad, just wanna know what do you guys think and what Rioters has to say :3

See the funny thing is he used to have a larger hit box, and even a slight circular area at the beginning and end of his taunt to make hitting more intuitive, but with that, a lower cooldown on one of the last global ults made him a pick/ban in every Ranked game. Instead of nerfing his abilities into the ground, like removing the global range on his ult or making his W count for nothing they opted to instead retune his E's hitbox to what it is now (paralleled with J4's E+Q combo in the exact same way) and increasing the cooldown of his ult to make the choice mean more. If I remember correctly they actually also buffed his passive.

tl;dr It used to be larger and even have an AoE, but that was nerfed becasue he was in God tier pick/ban range late-S2
