LP System

SO riot how does this work? http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/21988412#history/1096578673 Take a look at my Shen's match. Most of my team is below gold. I have 1 silver 4 somehow got matched into this gold/silver 1 matches. Other team have 2 gold 4's 2 or 1 gold 5 and 2 silver 2. I lost 5 or 8 LP for that match. Mean while i only get 3-5 LP for wins. It is not just 1 match. For the past 2 weeks i have been literally stucked in silver 1 50-60 Points. Havnt gone up or down. I did won like 3-4 matches in a row one day, but i barely got 12 LP total. Lost 1 match and dropped 10-20 lp. I know how the LP system works, but doesnt this seems a bit unfair on how im always matched up with Noob Golds in my team and pro silvers on other team? During Que i always hear gold people be like "im gold 4/5 ima carry this game so im mid, fuck off" Then they end up feeding a nid because they cant dodge spears. Or a fizz and fizz crashes the game, or a kass... Share your thoughts with me!
