Singed E Bug
This is pretty sad, Singed is useless without his E.
Everytime I try to E someone, they dont get flipped back, instead they just bounce up and down forward.

This is absolutely true and there needs to be something done about it. It seems like its worse when he's ULTing but it happens almost 50% of the time. Without a toss into smoky goo Singed is useless. FIX SINGED RIOT!!!!
Yup can confirm Singed's fling sometimes just knocks up targets, gonna get some vidoee vidence hold on :)

this NEEDS to be fixed. Always liked singed, didn't play him in a while. Picked him up the other day, played two games with him... put him back on the shelf... never looked back
Yep that surpisingly messed up my ranked match yesterday. I flipped my ennemy and he ended in his tower when I was trying to get him away from it. Worst tower dive with singed ever.
Had this happen to me. Wasted ghost and ultimate so an irelia could get further away with double digit health. What is this!?
Yeah I play singed alot and if this is not fixed singed is useless and the enemy team has a huge advantage. Please fix riot.
