More skins for season end rewards

I know this topic is still very far away but i believe that there should be more skins for each tier. So when you hit gold you get all the rewards you do when your in platinum , diamond or challenger. Obviously you get a different ward skin, summoner icon and border but besides the border i dont see the wards or summoner icons that much. I think giving a different skin for every tier above gold would make more players strive to be better. Many players will hit gold 5 espically then dont care about anything else because they get the border and the champion skin that everyone wants at the end of the season. There are over 100 champions im sure adding 2 - 3 more skins for champs so higher tiers get more for being higher. According to lolsummoners i dont know how accurate this site is but it says that 75% of all ranked players are bronze and silver which seems accurate. It was gold had 16% plat had 6% and diamond had 1% and challenger with 0.01%. Now i think that the plat, diamond and challenger players wouldnt mind getting a skin that belongs to them and not the gold players that squeeked in on promos and havent done anything since. Its not like there are no champs and im bringing this topic up early so its not like they dont have enough time. So you would get the one skin if you land in gold another if you hit plat and so on. I think this is something that wouldnt take that much time or hurt anyone by doing so. If we cant do this please tell me why?

The issue right now with adding more rewards for higher tiers is an issue of ELO boosting that still occurs. Around the end of Season 2, a part of the community has been purchasing services from friends and outsourced companies to reach the point of Gold in order to receive an award. What this did was basically place a bunch of players in a rank where they were not skilled enough to maintain and polluted future ranked games for their teammates (i.e. they forced losses). As well this process has kind of tainted the rewards themselves because of the time/effort the majority of players put forward when doing this honestly. Overall, we would see a rise in efforts for ELO boosting within the community for that rarer treat at the top.
