Barrier
So right now,
barrier has been completely overrun by heal. This is my idea on how to change that. My suggestion is that barrier works like sions
shield, but slightly differently. Barrier would last for 5 seconds with the same sheild as before, but upon reactivation or the sheild being destroyed, it explodes, dealing true damage around it, dealing more damage the more health the sheild has left in it. The damage max would be 2/3 or 1/2, oh sheild max health, not sure which yet. Tell me what you guys think
