Barrier

So right now, summoner 21 barrier has been completely overrun by heal. This is my idea on how to change that. My suggestion is that barrier works like sions Sion shield, but slightly differently. Barrier would last for 5 seconds with the same sheild as before, but upon reactivation or the sheild being destroyed, it explodes, dealing true damage around it, dealing more damage the more health the sheild has left in it. The damage max would be 2/3 or 1/2, oh sheild max health, not sure which yet. Tell me what you guys think

I think that a single summoner that simultaneously offered defensive utility and an instant, AoE ignite would be required for pretty much every laner.

Barrier isn't completely overrun by heal though. It's just situational. Heal you can only use if you're missing hp, barrier you can use at full hp. If you're playing a squishy against a team that can one shot you (Fed Rengar or something), then barrier extends your health pool and lets you survive. Heal does not. If I see the Rengar ultimate "!" over my head, I can pop barrier and mitigate some of his burst and maybe walk away with 10hp. I can't really pop heal since I don't get extra health and he can one shot me. See the difference?
