Cheated because they only won because of the champion and not because of their skill.
Which champions would you add to either list? Which champions do you disagree with?
is a pretty broken bot lane, is an insane mid-late game champion with a pretty strong lvl 1-2 (not so sure after nerfs though) too. is a crazy lane bully, you pretty much guarantee winning lane as him. is a ridiculously strong jungler, has really great clear speed if you play her correctly, and the perma-stealth makes early ganks and later game flanks incredibly easy. can be very powerful too, not as OP as the other champions in the list imo, but still not underpowered I'd say.
I wouldn't say are too cheap as champions. They're pretty weak early, in my experience, Wukong requires a bit of skill when it comes to using your stealth effectively, Fiora also has some important decision making.
I recently played a game with an AP Sion mid on my team, and by God we actually won that game. To be fair, I was a fed Tristana in bot lane, but Sion did help carry (had a pretty good KDA, 10/7 I think). I'd say he earned that win.
I would add 
to the list of toxic champions, Lee Sin and Kassadin because, while they do require some mechanical ability, are too heavily rewarded for the level of mechanical skill required to play them. Teemo since he's a pretty simple champion to play, but more over he can win a game without ever interacting with the enemy team, by simply running around and choking off the map with shrooms. Especially with the season 4 vision changes, it's more difficult to remove the shrooms, especially if your team isn't buying sweepers.
Champions that are unfun to play against for me are Ziggs, Master Yi, Fiora (please nerf her), Kayle, Jax (oh god Jax).
Fizz would be TOLERABLE if his Urchin Strike was the dodgeable gapcloser that it appears to be. Flashing out of it never does anything. It's such a depressing feeling. How can I outplay it using Zed or some other mobility-related character? Do you know how bad it feels to dodge something and still get hit by it? Same thing with Jax. And Wukong. And they're all toxic to play against. Noticing a pattern?
Interesting. When I lose a game to any of those champs I think about what I could have done better.
