An Idea for raising the Competitive Spirit in the North American Solo Queue

This is probably applicable to all ranked solo queues but I've heard that the north american solo queue has the highest number of trolls and overly relaxed players, relaxed to the point of not caring about the win or the loss. My proposal to change this in season 4 is not to punish the trolls or the uncaring teammates but to give them a reason to not troll.

I propose to implement a system that rewards a small amount of RP if at the end of the day you had more wins than losses in ranked solo queue and have the RP reward increase by a small amount based on how many more wins they had than losses.

The benefits of the reward would be that players might take the game more seriously if they are earning something valuable for their efforts to succeed. While not being punished for the loss, the trolls would never gain the undeserved RP reward if they intentionally lose games. This would also accumulate into a way for players to show their prowess in the game by earning champion skins solely through weeks of earning RP through wins.

I believe that this reward system would improve competitive spirit in all league of legends players and improve the solo queue scene while still allowing players to have fun, by not punishing losses, but give players a motivation to improve, by rewarding success.

I would rather see Riot manage to shift emphasis more toward ranked team play and away from solo queue. Real 'competitive' League is 5v5 team play anyhow.

I soley believe that there is a difference between Trolling and being Unskilled and that Riot should place others that get reported for trolling with others that troll. Yes, a Troll League. After a certain amount of times of being reported for Griefing or depending on the comments added when you're reported, these people need to play together, that way they all win. Trolls get joy out of making their team lose and watching others become frustrated and upset from losing. People aren't great at the game when they first start but don't make them even worst players but letting them be matched with Trolls.
