PLZ HELP ME IM THE WORST ADC IN LOL(read my description)

well cait or ashe or either any ways laning phraase im jus hot boom but in teamfights gg tanks r real tanky like zac or voli and boom focuses on me even though im so far bac and boom 1 sec dead and my team r like other teams adc is doing well and tis adc jus shoots and dies and i feel sad cawse i main in adc or support but im so poor in teamfights unless i play jax or yi etc.... but need help i heard there is positioning but i dont know im so bad at lol cant even handle a simple teamfight(CAWSE OF ME I CAWSE MY TEAM TO LOOSE!!!!!!!)

My suggestion stay hidden like in the brush away from your team but close enough to team fight then wait for the fight to start and then join in that way you are not the initial focus of the fight and will be able to actually help your team

I don't like playing Ashe or Caitlyn, I play mostly Vayne with the occasional Sivir and Jinx, main thing os to stay in the back, and hit the target closest to you while kiting backwards. I thnk ot's tje case for all ADCs... On Vayne you can do that, or utilize you stealth to go in and out of their team.

It's really just about positioning. Of course, your team should be peeling for you (this doesn't always happen, especially in lower elo). As raw, sustained damage, you want to maintain a relatively safe position from enemy threats. That means staying on the back lines (behind your team) and only targeting enemies that you can damage without putting yourself in imminent danger. Don't run to the front lines to kill a target. Poke enemies down from the back lines. Don't worry about them not coming. As one of the main damage dealers on your team, people will target you regardless of where you are. Go for them first. Wukong just ran through your entire team to kill you in the very back? That's your new target. If health tanks like Zac and Voli are giving you a lot of trouble, build a Blade of the Ruined King item 3153 . It does % health damage and the active will slow a target for a few seconds. If they have a LOT of armor, build a Last Whisper item 3035 . You'll cut right through it. If you see them picking really tanky champs like Mundo, Zac, Voli, etc (2 or more), look to play Vayne as she naturally does %health as damage with her w passive. If they have a lot of health regen (like Mundo ult and Voli bear's passive, look to play Miss Fortune or Tristana. They both have skills that can apply healing reduction.

Learn to orb walk on youtube and just practice a lot. That is such a HUGE thing to be able to do as an adc.

There are three lessons I can say about playing ADC in my experience. I call them Farming, Last Whisper, Focusing Your Fire.

Your primary job is to farm. You scale off gold. Learn to do it. I'm not good enough at farming, but if you can reliably last hit 90% of your minions in lane you'll do great.

TL;DR: LAST HIT DANGIT. LAST HITTING A WAVE IS FAR MORE IMPORTANT THEN RUNNING OFF INTO THE JUNGLE TO CHASE A ZAC.

There is basically no time when Last Whisper isn't a good buy for an ADC If I remember right, its only not worth it when they have under 50 armor. As an example, a level 8 Ashe with no defensive items or masteries towards armor, with just the (pretty much required) 9 armor yellows... has over 50 Armor. And it simply gets better and better as it goes up in level. Some champions like Graves or Miss Fortune can even make a good argument for buying LW as a second item. (Like BT-LW) Most every other ADC will want it immediately after their Zeal.

TL;DR: BUY LAST WHISPER AND DO NOT WAIT UNTIL 30 MINUTES IN TO DO IT. IT'S NOT YOUR "BUILD POLISHER" ITS YOUR CORE.

The other thing you need to worry about is movement in team fights. People will bitch at you for no good reason regarding "STOP FOCUSING THE TANKS" But your job as ADC is to focus whatever you can safely deal damage to.** You aren't focusing the squishies.** You aren't focusing that one guy who's killing everyone. Your job is to attack basically, what is closest. If that fed Jax is beating someone near enough to you to attack, and he just used his leap, auto attack him a bit. Just remember he's going to leap on you if you sit around too long. Always, always move away from combat.

The only reason that Marksmen rule and Melee Carries drool is because of range. You can deal damage without being harmed in return. Remember that. Don't go in if you can't get away. Some carries are extremely good at not dying. Tristana is a fine example of this. Her abilities are all good at making sure she does not die.

TL;DR: YOU HAVE RANGE, USE IT. QUITE OFTEN, YOUR JOB IS IN FACT TO FOCUS THE TANKS WHILE NOT GETTING KILLED BY ASSASSINS.
