My Ideal Patch Notes
Here is a list of my ideal patch notes (just some i'd like to see):
--- Champions ---
Garen
Change: The tooltip on Courage should be updated to show exactly how much bonus Armor and MR that the skill itself grants.
Riven
Context: Riven is one annoying champion to play against in her current state because she can build glass cannon and still survive more punishment than most who build so because her shield from Valor scales with her bonus attack damage. I propose changing the scaling of Valor to scale with defensive stats rather than offensive stats so that Riven players must itemize somewhat defensively if they expect to be able to survive being in melee combat. Some people may want other aspects to be changed but before making those changes, I would like to make this change first because I ultimately believe that your build should reflect what you're able to do. Building glass cannon means high DPS and/or burst damage, not the ability to survive in melee range.
Change: I want Valor to grant a shield whose value is 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 8% Bonus Health) instead of 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 (+ 100% bonus AD).
Sivir
Context: In lane, Sivir would constantly be able to push lane and chunk her skills in your face all day long. With these changes, I want to be able to lower her early-game pushing power that currently makes her too OP as a lane bully without hurting her late-game power.
Changes: The AD modifier for Ricochet bounces should be reduced to 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 % AD from 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 % AD. Also, the passive AS effect given by On the Hunt while Sivir is using Ricochet should be reduced to 30 / 55 / 80% from 40 / 60 / 80%.
Shen
Context: I feel that Shen is weak (outside of his ult) in general right now. However, instead of undoing the nerfs that he recently recieved, I would prefer to see a different set of changes to him.
Change: I would like to increase Shen's base health up to 440 + 90/level from 428 +85/level.

Entropy
Change: Change the tooltip on Entropy so that its Rage effect is consistent with its function.
Phage
Context: Ever since
Blade of the Ruined King was nerfed in Patch 3.10a, Riot decided to open up alternative methods for brusiers to stick to enemy champions. Unfortunately, There is only one item Phage builds into - Trinity Force. There needs to be more items so that Phage remains a suitable item to build even for champions who can't take advantage of all the different stats that trinity force offers.

Trinity Force
Context: Whenever the trinity force suddenly became overpowered, the spellblade ratio increased from 150% to 200%. Despite one nerf, I still think this item is overpowered; I want to take some of the gained power back.
Change: Spellblade ratio reduced to 175% from 200%.
